Now back to our program and day two of the great Soldiers Angels Project Valour-IT fund raising event. Yesterday was a great start. I see from the ol graph that the Marines are out front. That’s not unexpected so early in the day. But let’s not make this a trend or anything, right?

army_logo_sm2GO ARMY! And yes, today is yet another shameless plug using not only Laughingwolf of Blackfive but also Shelle Michaels of Soldiers Angels. What can I say? I’m just a brazen huzzie. Maybe if you give to the cause I’ll shut up …

The only conversation more difficult than the one portrayed here is the one in response to the question, “are my friends ok?” God bless our Heroes.

You are doing a good job showing the gravity of the matter. It’s a fine line, I know. I also know you are very respectful about telling this particular story. I hope that this causes others to think more deeply about donating and what it will mean to real soldiers at the real Walter Reed. Love you!

OK, it is lights out here and the Army is in the lead once again. Hope we can keep it up. I notice that today’s strip is featured on the donation site also. Good job.
